Masterclasses: Firm of the Future 3.8

A number of organisations came to us asking whether we could help inspire their management and boards around future-proof enterprise. Since this is something nearly every entrepreneur and organisation wrestles with, we designed a series of masterclasses on it together with Biomimicry Centre, open to everyone. Each masterclass takes on one specific subject. There are eight in all, which together give the full picture of what lies ahead for an organisation and of the choices and solutions that help in becoming future proof. Each can be taken separately; taking all of them earns a discount. Every masterclass qualifies for 4 CPE credits.

Why future proof?

Society, the economy, market forces and even people themselves are changing quickly. Driven by free access to knowledge through the internet, by transparency in communication and enterprise through social media, by new technologies such as 4D printing, and even by crises — how do I build resilience? — the playing field your organisation works on is shifting.

Through a series of inventive, intensive knowledge sessions we want to inspire you to make something of these changes. We offer eight masterclasses, given by experts from a range of angles. How do you offer your people an interesting place to work? How can you raise your capacity to innovate so you stay ahead of competitors? Do you robotise or not, and how do you make your organisation future proof on the basis of biomimicry? Have you come across organic change, modern leadership, or innovating by looking to nature?

The masterclasses

The Firm of the Future 3.8 — the resilient organisation — collaborates, is decentralised, innovative and adaptive.
