FPO model

The Future Proof Organisation model (FPO model) is a method for establishing how future proof your organisation is.

Across nine areas, the FPO model examines where your organisation stands relative to the ideal of the Firm of the Future — the resilient organisation. A Firm of the Future is innovative, sustainable, resilient and agile. People are central to it, and the chain your organisation works in collaborates. Above all, your organisation is in balance, and investment decisions are made on the basis of added value and the customer's perspective.

The model has three main parts:

  • Strategy: is your strategy in balance when it comes to customer expectations, employee satisfaction, vision and short-term goals? And above all: does your people's behaviour match what customers experience and expect?
  • Innovation: you follow the market closely, sustainable solutions are built in, and investment decisions rest on added value and on your organisation's capacity to change.
  • Organisation: the structure fits your strategy and staff can perform to their ability. Systems and processes support what the organisation actually does, and data is actively gathered and interpreted.

A Firm of the Future is in balance on all three. We examine the areas through interviews, research and benchmark data, assess each one, summarise our findings in a report and share our recommendations with you.

We would gladly explain what the FPO model can do for you. Get in touch for more information, or take a look at our brochure:
